Exchange Policy

At Poppies, we take pride in the quality and creativity of our products. Each item is carefully inspected, and we want you to love your purchase! Because our items are 3D printed, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. 

 However, if you have an issue, here’s how we can help:

❗ All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and collectible nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement after reviewing photos of the issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must provide proof of purchase and arrival of damaged or defective product photos.

  • Any approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval.

🔄 No Exchanges On:

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Blind bag items (due to their randomized nature)

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
